Thayer police reported 31-year old Dennis Price was apparently shot when he attempted to disarm his wife, 41-year old Tammy Price. First responders who went to the scene after a neighor reported hearing a gunshot discovered Dennis Price had been shot in the face and the bullet entered under his nose and exited through the back of his head, according to the Area Wide News in Salem. Authorities said Price was alert, conscious and able to answer questions when they arrived.
