The Beach Boys, Dion Among Stars Taking Part in 2017 Malt Shop Memories Cruise

Courtesy of StarVista LiveThe Beach Boys are among the veteran music stars who will participate in the 2017 edition of the Malt Shop Memories Cruise. The seven-day rock ‘n’ roll-themed voyage will set sail from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on November 5 and will visit Antigua and Saint Maarten before returning to port on November 12.

The cruise’s lineup features a variety of pop legends from the 1950s and ’60s, including Dion, The Righteous Brothers, Brenda Lee, Bobby Rydell, Jan & Dean‘s Dean Torrence, Jay & the Americans, Brian Hyland, The Vogues, The Contours, Danny & the Juniors featuring Joe Terry and Charlie Thomas’ Drifters. The Beach Boys will play one special evening concert during the weeklong event.

The seagoing festival also will include tribute acts paying homage to Elvis Presley, The Everly Brothers, The Blues Brothers, Buddy Holly and more.

In addition to the concerts, the cruise will feature a wide variety of other activities, including themed parties, game shows, Q&A sessions and interactive events with various artists.
