A tractor trailer lost its haul of over three dozen roof trusses Monday morning at the intersection of Highway 62B and Commerce Drive delaying traffic for several hours.
Shane Linehan was beginning his shift at Pizza Hut when he saw the accident happen through the restaurant window.

The jolt Linehan witnessed was when the trailers back tire clipped the curb. According to him the accident could have been worse.

Traffic was delayed for almost two hours as a tow truck and a crane were brought in to remove the trusses from Hwy. 62B and Commerce Drive. The trusses, from Contractor’s Truss Systems in Cotter, were drug to the Ramada Inn parking lot by a tow truck and were then loaded back on the trailer using a crane.
A bystander says the trusses were headed to The Heights, where he lives and, where new duplexes are being built.
No one was injured in the early morning accident. The Mountain Home Police Department handled
