Twin Lakes Area could see snow Wednesday night and Sunday


     The first day of the new year in The Twin Lakes Area will bring sunny skies with highs in the lower 50's. That could all change by tonight, according to Emilie Nipper, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service in North Little Rock.

     As of now, theres a 50 percent chance of snow on Sunday.

     Aside from the chance of snow, cold temperatures return Thursday with a high of 29 and wind chill readings near zero. Friday, the Twin Lakes Area can expect to see a high of 31 and Saturday, a high of 41. Sunday doesn't look like it will get above freezing, with a high of 31 expected.
