Raychides Sanches, a witness to a deadly 2012 drive-by shooting in Boston’s South End, was asked by prosecutors at a pre-trial hearing Tuesday to identify the shooter in the case. According to ABC affiliate WCVB-TV, Sanches said the shooter appeared to look like the ex-Patriots star.

Hernandez was charged in 2014 for the killings of Safiro Furtado and Daniel de Abreu.

Prosecutors said according to WCVB-TV that one of the men bumped into him at a nightclub, which made Hernandez angry and led him to later gun them down in their white BMW.

Since 2015, Hernandez has been serving a life sentence for murder in the first degree for the killing of Odin Lloyd in 2013. He was also charged with witness intimidation last year for allegedly shooting former friend Alexander Bradley in Miami in 2013. Authorities allege that Bradley was in the car with Hernandez during the 2012 Boston double homicide.
