On Monday, Angela DeGroote, who currently holds the Baxter County Justice of the Peace seat for Distinct 2, announced she will not be seeking reelection.
DeGroote stated “It has been an honor to represent the people in my district and I want to thank all those who have supported me in my 2 terms. I am very proud of all we have accomplished during my time on the court and I look forward to working with the other JPs and the elected officials for the remainder of my term.”
