Born in Gilroy, CA on April 24, 1947
Graduated high school in Fayetteville, AR and graduated from the University of Arkansas at
Fayetteville with a degree in English and Speech Education.
Met husband Larry while singing in a show group called "The Uarkettes" and they married in 1969.
Moved to Mountain Home in 1972 and started at KTLO in 1975 doing her morning show.
Two children, Amy and John, and three grandchildren.
"Except for singing Christian music with Larry for churches and community events, nothing has
been more rewarding than my work at KTLO. My daily interview program, 'Talk of the Town',
has allowed me to be a part of almost every major function that has happened in this area."
