The ASUMH Pipeline to Advanced Manufacturing is offering Beginning Industrial Sewing class to prepare individuals for manufacturing jobs. The training will take place Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings from 3:30-5:30 p.m. December 4th – 20th. Materials are provided and there is no charge for the course. Students will complete a sewing project during the class. Classes will be taught by Rebecca Porterfield and Helen Hicks at ASUMH’s Industrial Training Center at Flippin School, near the gym.
