Our Profile of the Day... Hospice of the Ozarks

What do you think of when you hear the words "end-of-life care"?  Do you think of a nurse coming in to care for you during the last moments or days before you take your last breath?  Hospice of the Ozarks would like you to think about end-of-life care in broader terms.  End-of-life care can and should include care for weeks and months prior to a death, not just days or minutes.  End-of-life care should also include an array of services to meet not only your physical needs, but your social, emotional and spiritual needs as well.   Hospice of the Ozarks provides individualized services designed around the unique needs of you, your family and your illness.

If you or your loved one has a life-limiting illness we would appreciate the opportunity to talk with you more about the services we can provide.  End-of-life care is appropriate for anyone living with a life-limiting illness with a prognosis of 6 months or less and no longer seeking curative treatment for the illness.  Our team of professional staff and volunteers are here to offer services and support to you and your loved ones.  Hospice of the Ozarks...where CARE, COMPASSION and COMFORT come together.
