Bombers host Marion to begin conference play

It's week four of Arkansas's high school football season, and that means conference play begins. Mountain Home will begin 7A/6A-East action at home as they welcome Marion to the Twin Lakes Area.
The Patriots come into the game with a record of 1-2. Marion wrapped up non-conference play last week with a loss at Lake Hamilton. The Bombers are 0-3 after falling to Little Rock Parkview, but Mountain Home head coach Benji Mahan said the first three games were good preparation for league action.

Elsewhere in the 7A/6A-East, Searcy travels to Little Rock to face Central, Jonesboro makes the trip to West Memphis, and top-ranked North Little Rock hosts number six Cabot.

It's Homecoming night for Yellville-Summit as they begin 3A-1 play. The Panthers will entertain Elkins.
Yellville-Summit is currently 0-2-1 on the year. The Panthers are coming off a four-point loss at England. Elkins has a record of 0-3 as they play their third consecutive road game. The Elks suffered a defeat last week at Huntsville.
This will be Tommy Britt's first Homecoming and conference game as Yellville-Summit's head coach, and he says he would like to see a good performance from his team.
