Judge orders Kankey back to jail for harassing citizens

Fifty-three year old Robert Kankey of Fulton County was arrested on contempt charges this week after he allegedly ignored a warning by Circuit Court Judge Tim Weaver.  The judge told Kankey, who is charged with numerous felony and misdemeanor animal cruelty charges, that he would be locked up until his trial in May if there were complaints from area citizens.  Fulton County Sheriff Buck Foley said Kankey was, indeed, arrested and jailed after several citizens filed complaints.
