Refreezing overnight, light snow hamper road conditions



     Road conditions continue to be a primary concern for Twin Lakes Area residents in the wake of last week's winter storm and local law enforcement authorities are still urging caution by motorists. Conditions improved a bit yesterday as sunshine and a high temperature of 32 melted some of the ice and snow but refreezing overnight and a light dusting of snow complicated matters. Sergeant Charles Bost of the Baxter County Sheriff's Department had this update early Tuesday morning.
