Two Summit residents arrested on felony drug charges

Two Summit residents have been arrested on felony drug charges.   Flippin Police Chief Dusty Smith says 34 year old Jodi Lock is charged with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.   She also had an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines.   Also arrested was 32 year old Jessie Guillen on an outstanding warrant for delivery of morphine.   Both were arrested without incident and released after posting bond.
The arrest of Lock and Guillen followed a traffic stop Flippin Police Officers and Marion County Sheriff's Deputies Saturday night.   During the course of the stop, officers learned of the Guillen's warrant, which stemmed from a joint narcotics investigation by Flippin Police and the Marion County Sheriff.
