A joint investigation by the Mountain Home Police Department, the Baxter County Sheriff's Office and 14th Judicial District Drug Task Force has led to the arrest of a 30-year old Mountain Home woman on multiple felony drug charges. Casey J. Cherry was arrested Thursday, according to Mountain Home Police Chief Carry Manuel.
Cherry is charged with three felonies and a penalty enhancement count. She faces counts of delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; possesion of a controlled substance with purpose to deliver meth; unlawful use of a communication device; and two counts of possession of a controlled substance with purpose to deliver near certain facilities.
Cherry is being held in the Baxter County Detention Center. Her bond is set at $10,000.
