Three B-C deputies hurt in White County accident

     Three female deputies with the Baxter County Sheriff's Department were injured Sunday evening when the patrol unit they were in was rear-ended after they stopped to provide assistance at the scene of an accident they encountered near Searcy in White County. The three were enroute to the Law Enforcement Training Academy in Camden.
     Baxter County Sheriff John Montgomery said Corporal Selena Johnson, who works in the county jail, was transported by ambulance to a hospital in White County. The other two, Jail Administrator Danielle Campfield and Deputy Sherry Lewis, also went to the hospital to be checked out following the accident, which was investigated by the Arkansas State Police.
