MH man faces felony burglary charge

     A rural Mountain Home man faces felony burglary and other charges following an investigation of a report filed on August 3rd about an incident at 3331 Highway 5 North.
     Baxter County Sheriff John Montgomery says 30 year old James Cody Buchanan entered the residence of his ex-girlfriend without invitation. According to the sheriff's report, Buchanan then assaulted her and a man who was in the house with her. The ex-girlfriend called the police; Buchanan fled.
     Sheriff's investigators arrested Buchanan on Wednesday. He is charged with felony residential burglary and several misdemeanor charges of battery.
     Buchanan is in the Baxter County Detention Center on a $20,000 bond pending an appearance in Circuit Court.
