Ultimate Auto's expansion benefits ASU-MH

Ultimate Auto Group broke ground Thursday for their new Ultimate Buick GMC facility in Mountain Home. The new dealership, expected to open later this year, will be adjacent to their Ultimate Ford dealership at 2488 Highway 62 West. Gregory Construction will be the general contractor for the 15,000 square foot facility.
Sara Zimmerman, president of Ultimate Auto Group, says the current Ultimate Buick GMC building will provide service operations until the new facility is open. The current GMC building is the new home of the vocational and technical programs offered by Arkansas State University - Mountain Home. In January, Zimmerman and ASU-MH Chancellor Dr. Robin Myers announced the college would enter into a multi-year lease agreement on August 1st. Renovations include classrooms, learning labs and office space for the college. The partnership allows the college to offer expanded and improved facilities for classes in welding, mechatronics, HVAC and automotive programs.
Zimmerman and Myers agree the expansion of the dealership and ASU-MH's new programs are an investment in the community and future employment opportunities for students.
