Ozark County investigates man's death after fight with brother

An Ozark County man died Sunday from injuries he received in a fight with his brother. Fifty-six year old Edward Theilig Ross Jr. of Tecumseh died from a massive head wound, according to Ozark County Sheriff Darrin Reed, and his 55-year old brother, whose full name was not released, was taken into custody for investigation.
Sheriff Reed said deputies were notified of a fight between the two brothers at the Countryside Loop Trailer Park at 7:09 p.m., Sunday. When officers arrived, they found Edward Theilig Ross Jr. lying on the ground. Attempts by first responders and Ozark County Ambulance personnel to revive him were unsuccessful and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Sheriff Reed said Ross's body was taken to Springfield for an autopsy.
An investigation into the incident is continuing.
