The Donald W. Reynolds Library Serving Baxter County will hold a cell phone and tablet question and answer session Tuesday afternoon from 4:00 until 5:00. Attendees are encouraged to bring their tablet or cell phone to get hands-on assistance from tech-savvy teen volunteers. Any variety of cell phone or tablet is welcome.
