Dana Hammond of Gassville presented the winning ticket yesterday and took home the ruby, sapphire and diamond pendant that was designed and manufactured by Carter's Jewel Chest. The pendant, valued at over $6,500, was donated by Carter's Jewel Chest to the Red, White, and Blue Festival as a fundraiser.
