If you graduate from Mountain Home High School this year, you have access to free college tuition. The Mountain Home Education Foundation and Arkansas State University Mountain Home partnered with Mountain Home Public Schools to develop The Mountain Home Promise. The promise is that the MHEF will pay for the tuition of every Mountain Home High School graduate.
The criteria is the student must graduate from Mountain Home High School, complete the FAFSA, enroll at ASUMH within one year of graduation, be accepted to ASUMH and complete an ASUMH general scholarship application and email the students name, address, phone number and email address to MHEF@mhbombers.com
The Mountain Home Promise mission statement reads, it is our goal to promote student success, to develop a strong local workforce, and promise academic and career pathway support along with funds for the tuition gap to complete up to two years of post-secondary studies at ASUMH for all 2017 MHPS graduates.
