BRMC Hospital Foundation adds pair to Board of Directors

     Baxter Regional Medical Center has announced the appointment of two new members to the Foundation Board of Directors.

     Dr. John Neis, a Mountain Home graduate, received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Hendrix College graduating Magna Cum Laude with Distinction in Biology. He continued his education and earned his medical degree at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences followed by residency training in Otolaryngology, head and neck surgery at the University of Kansas Medical Center.

     Dr. Neis is currently working in partnership with his father, Dr. Paul Neis and Dr. Monty Barker at Ear, Nose and Throat Associates of Mountain Home. He resides in Mountain Home with his wife, Katrina and their two young children.

     Robert Clarke has also been named to the Foundation Board of Directors.

     Clarke, a Mountain Home High School graduate, is an attorney with Johnson, Sanders & Morgan, a general practice law firm in Mountain Home. His practice includes real estate, business law, civil litigation and estate planning.

     Clarke graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration. He attended law school at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia where he also earned a Certificate in Business and Public Policy from the Wharton School of Business.

     Before beginning practice with Johnson, Sanders, & Morgan, Clarke was commissioned in the United States Navy as a JAG Officer. During his time in the Navy, he served as a Navy prosecutor as well as the Deputy Staff Judge Advocate for Navy Recruiting Command.

     Clarke currently resides in Mountain Home with his wife Michelle, and son James.
