The Sons of Confederate Veterans Arkansas Camp #1519 will honor local law enforcement Thursday morning by providing them with a free breakfast. On July 21, 2016, the Commander-In-Chief of the Sons of Confederate Veterans, Thomas Strain, signed a general order proclaiming August 18, law enforcement appreciation day. The Sons Of Confederate Veterans will honor local law enforcement Wednesday with a presentation of a copy of the proclimation. Kevin Bodenhamer, Commander of the 27th Arkansas Inf.
