The North Arkansas Youth Center in Cotter recently received a generous donation from a local man. Steve Dewey of Twin Lakes Plumbing could see the drinking fountains were sub par and the restrooms were in need of repair. He says he knows the youth center operates on a tight budget, so he did what he could to help, donating water fountains, toilets, plumbing supplies and his time.
