Bombers top Highland in scrimmage

The Mountain Home High School football team had their final tune up before the season begins by defeating Highland Tuesday night at Bomber Stadium in a preseason scrimmage. The varsity teams played one half with Mountain Home winning that half 28-12. The J.V. played the second half with the final score 48-18.

Mountain Home scored four rushing touchdowns in the first half with Reece Wenfeldt, Marshall Roberson, Riley Peters and Aaron Holmes all finding the endzone.

Mountain Home head coach David Joyce says he was please with his team’s performance.

Mountain Home will begin the season September 2nd at Harrison.
