The 2016 Fulton County Fair Queen Kaci Barnett recently received a $500 tuition certificate from Arkansas State University Mountain Home. The certificate was presented to Kaci by Jimalee Thomas, Fulton County Fair board member and a member of Zeta Omicron Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi. Beta Sigma Phi conducts the pageants for the Fulton County Fair each year.
Kaci is enrolled as a full-time student for the fall semester at ASUMH.
