The Mountain Home High School tennis teams split their conference openers at home Thursday against Searcy.
The Lady Bombers were 6-2 winners. Emily Heide and Meagan Beck both won two singles matches. The doubles teams of Cara Conner and Maddy Lewis along with Sydney Czanstkowski and Taylor Hasselwander each won one match.
The Lady Bombers improve to 2-0-2 on the season and 1-0 in conference play.
The Bombers lost to Searcy 6-2 for their first loss of the season.
Billy Beck won both of his singles matches for Mountain Home.
The Bombers are now 2-1-1.
The Mountain Home tennis teams will hsot Highland Tuesday.
