MCA NashvilleMore than 34,000 fans joined George Strait in a gigantic sing-along last weekend, as he played his new single “Goin’ Goin’ Gone” during two sold-out shows at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. It’s the third release from his Cold Beer Conversation album, which is now available on a vinyl — and a stand-out to the Country Music Hall of Famer.
“It’s one of my favorite cuts,” Strait says. “It’s a fun song that if I was drinking a cold beer with some buddies, I’d want to hear.”
Strait returns for more sold-out dates in Sin City in December. For now, you can hear him delivering a line or two on the CMA’s all-star “Forever Country” mashup of “Take Me Home Country Roads,” “I Will Always Love You” and “On the Road Again.”
