4 treated for gunshot wounds after Little Rock shooting

     (AP) – Police in Little Rock say four people were treated for

gunshot wounds following a shooting in a residential neighborhood.

     Investigators say the shooting occurred Tuesday at 10:49 p.m. in southeast

Little Rock. Police say the victims were standing in front of a house when an

unknown suspect fired at them.

     The victims were transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life

threatening wounds. They were identified as 29-year-old Whitney Lewis,

34-year-old Natasha Stewart, 47-year-old Shawn Adams and 38-year-old Fred

Duhart, all of Little Rock. A fifth victim, 19-year-old Vashon Dukes of Little

Rock, suffered a graze wound to the leg but refused medical treatment.

     Investigators say the shots were fired near a car where they found bullet

strikes in the driver’s side rear door. The shooting remains under

investigation.
