2 arrested in Little Rock shooting that killed 1, wounded 4



     (AP) – Little Rock police have arrested two suspects in a

shooting that killed one man and wounded four people.

     Police announced Tuesday that 25-year-old Linquinton Dean and 24-year-old

Darius Gulley were arrested Monday on capital murder charges in the Nov. 2

shooting of 38-year-old Fred Duhart.

     Duhart died Nov. 20 of injuries suffered in the shooting.

     Dean and Gulley are also both charged with four counts of first-degree battery

and pleaded not guilty to the charges during a court appearance Tuesday.

     Pulaski County jail records show both are being held without bond.
