Authorities are investigating after two people were found dead in a mobile home fire in Pulaski County.
The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office says the fire was reported shortly before 5 p.m. Monday at a home on Jude Lane, in the southern part of the county. Once t there, emergency crews found two people dead inside the burning home.
Lt. Cody Burk says it took firefighters about 45 minutes to extinguish the blaze and investigators are still determining how it started.
Authorities have not yet released the names of the two people who died, and the state medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
