Little Rock Police Lt. Steve McClanahan confirmed to ABC News that the child and his grandmother were were at a stop sign when the suspected shooter became angry that the grandmother “wasn’t moving fast enough,” so he exited his vehicle and opened fire.
The boy was struck by bullets at least once, but the grandmother was not struck. She drove away and called police outside a JC Penney at a nearby shopping mall.
