LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) – A 23-year-old Heber Springs man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for production of child pornography.
Federal prosecutors announced the sentence for Spencer Goudy on Friday.
Goudy was indicted in 2015 with the sexual exploitation of five minors. He was initially charged on four counts of enticement of a minor to engage in a sex act, two counts of production of child pornography and one count of possessing child pornography.
The investigation began in 2014 when a 13-year-old told investigators that she was having a sexual relationship with Goudy.
Goudy pleaded guilty in December to one count of production of child pornography in exchange for the dismissal of the other charges.
A judge also ruled Goudy will be on five years of supervised release after prison.
