A Mountain View man was arrested Wednesday on felony drug charges following a two month investigation by the Stone County Sheriff’s Department and the 16th Judicial Drug Task Force. Stone County Sheriff Lance Bonds says Joshua Lee is charged with four counts of delivery of a controlled substance, maintaining a drug premises and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held in the Stone County jail on $50,000 bond
According to the sheriff, law enforcement received information that Lee was directly involved in the distribution of narcotics throughout Mountain View and Stone County. Wednesday a search warrant was executed at a residence on Blue Ridge Drive in Mountain View where numerous items were seized and taken into evidence relating to the investigation.
Joshua Lee is set to appear in Stone County Circuit Court Tuesday.
