Mountain Home FBLA advances to state

     Mtn. Home High School FBLA Chapter 1259 recently competed at District VI Leadership Conference on January 20, 2017 held at ASU Mountain Home.

     At the conference, Jackson Steiner was elected as the 2017-18 State Vice President representing District VI and Courtney Green was appointed as the 2017-18 District VI Reporter.

     In 13 events, MHHS FBLA competitors advanced to the state level competition to be held on April 3-4, 2017 at the 2017 FBLA State Leadership Conference in Little Rock. Among those students advancing to state are:

1st Place Impromptu Speaking – Hunt Nosari

1st Place Intro to Business Presentations – Allie Parsons

1st Place Parliamentary Procedures – Grace Gilbert, Kelsey Rohr, Courtney Green, Maddy Lewis, Sydney Zimmer

2nd Place Banking & Financial Services – Brandon Belcher, Brandon Fry, and Gracie Patterson

2nd Place Global Business – Charlotte Luo & Mica Justman

2nd Place Graphic Design – Mollie Breckenridge, Micah Hudson, Annika Friedland

3rd Place Business Ethics – Billy Beck, Cameron Boyett, Brody Jennings

3rd Place Website Design – Lauren Malte & Gabby Edaveltal

4th Place Intro to Financial Math – Amanda Brown

4th Place Entrepreneurship – Adrian West, Macy Magness, Natalie McGehee
