Two registered sex offenders, whose cases are not connected, were arrested in Fulton County for failure to comply with registration and reporting requirements. Fulton County Sheriff Albert Roork says 37 year old Dennis M. Sisco of Sharp County was staying in Viola and had not reported this information to authorities in either Sharp or Fulton Counties.
Thirty-six year old Donald Williams of Horseshoe Bend had moved from Fulton County to a trailer park in Horseshoe Bend with out reporting to authorities. He is being held in the Fulton County jail without bond.
Both Sisco and Williams are scheduled to appear in circuit court February 21.
