The Friends of the Marion County Library will host a book Sale Friday and Saturday at the library. Fiction and non-fiction books for children, adults and teens will be available including best sellers, mysteries, westerns, cookbook, crafts and self-help books.
Hours of the book sale are Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with hard back books priced at $1 and paperbacks at 50 cents. Saturday hours are from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. when all books will be priced at $2 a bag. There will also be a cake sale both days featuring homemaked cookies, cupcakces, muffins, breads and candy.
All proced from the book sale will be used for children’s programs and other activities at the library.
