The Bull Shoals City Council will meet in a special session Monday evening at 6:30 in the council chambers of Bull Shoals City Hall. The main item on the agenda is the city’s proposed budget. The meeting was called by Aldermen Alan Graley, Jim Traylor and Tuesday Rhodes.
