Meet “Guiness,” a wonderful dog that came back to us through no fault of his own. He is 4 years old, intact, registered and will come with his papers. He is a dog that lived on a homestead where he never really bonded with his owner because she never really paid attention to him or showed him what jobs she wanted him to do on her farm. Despite this he became a really good farm dog and pet, but when she got chickens and never guided him on how to act, he did kill one chicken, after which she kept him tied. So, we took him back to try to find him a home that will guide him into the role he was born for–a great old-fashioned farm collie that does it all. Since he has been here he has shown himself to be friendly, mellow, good with kids, trustworthy with cats, good with other dogs including intact males. He listens like a champ, knows some formal obedience. He has all his shots and is not neutered. $75.00 re-homing fee to the right people, fee negotiable.
