The Mountain Home High School Alumni Oldies Reunion is scheduled for Saturday. The reunion of the 40s, 50s and 60s through 1967 will be held in the Baxter County Fairgrounds’ education building.

Classes will be able to set up their tables beginning at nine a.m. The reunion will occupy the entire building through closing time at 2:00. Anyone wanting to use the building past closing time will need to ask Emogene Byrd Martin.

The registration fee is five dollars to cover expenses, and extra funds will be given to the Bomber Alumni House. Lunch will also be available for purchase, and coffee, water and sodas will be provided.

The Baxter County Historical and Geneological Society will have a display table with information, and the Bomber Alumni House committee will be on hand with information on what alumni can do to fix up the former home economics building on College Street. The Bomber Alumni House will be open from noon to three for a tour and refreshments.

Alumni t-shirts will be available for order. In addition, the class of 1960 will have a king-size Bomber quilt for auction. The quilt was made by 1961 graduate Dollie Studdard Patton, and 1960 graduate Nancy Hardcastle Hainline purchased it last year and donated it to her class to sell again.
