Integrity First Bank welcomes Beavers, Scallion

Integrity First Bank is proud to announce the addition two new employees to its Mountain Home market. Jaren Beavers was named the new Business Development and Marketing Officer, and Brandon Scallion was selected as the Mountain Home market as Vice President and Loan Officer.Beavers brings with her more than a decade of experience in business management, customer and community relations, entrepreneurship, marketing and development. As an active member of the community, she volunteers for several organizations including the Baxter Regional Hospital Foundation, Mountain Home High School Career Academies Mentorship Program, and Arkansas State University’s Women’s Business Leadership Center. Beavers succeeds John Reding who will be serving the Fayetteville market in his new role as Senior Vice President and Loan Officer.

Scallion holds a Finance and Commercial Banking degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and a diploma from the Graduate School of Banking in Boulder, Colorado. He has been in banking for 15 years and brings a wealth of experience in lending. Scallion is a local member of the Twin Lakes Future Fund and the Baxter County Razorback Foundation. He relocated to the Twin Lakes area from Conway and enjoys the small-town, community vibe as well as the people and plethora of outdoor activities.
