Two Mountain Home men, Kirk Bozen and Kendrick Sebree, both entered guilty pleas in unrelated cases and were each given five years probation during a session of Baxter County Circuit Court Thursday.The 22-year-old Sebree was arrested by Mountain Home police in early August last year after officers responded to a complaint at a kitchenette complex on Highway 62/412 East and drugs were found. According to court records, Sebree and his girlfriend admitted to officers that the drugs belonged to them.
The 49-year-old Bozen was arrested as the result of a traffic stop in late October last year. Marijuana, suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were found in the truck Bozen was driving.
