Lynn Miller of Mountain Home entered a no contest plea to drug-related charges filed against her and was sentenced to six years probation during a session of Baxter County Circuit Court Thursday.

The 34-year-old Miller was sentenced under provisions of Act 346 meaning if she stays out of trouble during her probation period, she can apply to the court to have her record sealed.

Miller was arrested in late October last year after Mountain Home police went to a local hotel as part of an effort to locate people with outstanding felony warrants.

Officers found drugs, drug paraphernalia and cash spread across the bed in the hotel room. After Miller was taken to the county jail, she was found to have hidden suspected drugs on her person.

According to court records, the three plastic bags found on Miller in the jail contained a white crystalline substance consistent with methamphetamine with a combined weight of more than 30 grams.
