The Donald W. Reynolds Library serving Baxter County has selected a new volunteer coordinator. Karen Lau-Kimbrel joins the library after spending the last 21 years as a laboratory manager for Baxter Healthcare.
Lau-Kimbrel has been active with local volunteer programs since she relocated to Mountain Home. She is a Fort Smith native and holds a Master of Science and a Doctorate in Biological Sciences from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.
