The Mountain Home City Pool is closed Monday for maintenance. It will be re-opened at regular hours beginning Tuesday.
The pool’s normal hours for an open swim is every afternoon from 12:30 to 4:30 and weeknights from 7:30 to 8:30. The Hurricanes swim team practices every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday morning from 7:30 to 9:30, adult swim and aerobics are weekday mornings from 9:30 to 11:30 and evenings from 6:30 to 7:30, swim lessons are weekdays from 11:30 to 12:30 and 4:30 to 6:30, and another adult swim is held Saturdays from 11:30 to 12:30.
The Mountain Home City Park is located inside Cooper Park on Spring Street. Admission is three dollars for swimmers and one dollar for spectators. Children ages two and under get in free. For more information, call 870-425-7477.
