
The Mountain Home High School softball team continued their winning ways Friday afternoon with a 4-1 win at home over Little Rock Central. Three of Mountain Home’s four runs scored with two outs.
Maly Tabor put the Lady Bombers on the board with a two-out two-run double in the third inning. In the fifth inning, Sydnie Zimmer belted a solo home run. Grace Gilbert would add a solo blast in the sixth inning.
Lauren Loving went the distance in the circle, allowing one run and striking out three.
Mountain Home improves to 4-2 and will travel to Vilonia Tuesday.
