A second continuance has been granted in the case involving 47-year-old Belinda Diane Drexler of Flippin allegedly selling methamphetamine to a confidential informant on three occasions.
The continuance was granted Thursday in Baxter County Circuit Court. Judge Gordon Webb granted the continuance until April 23rd.
According to the probable cause affidavit, the charges against Drexler stem from her allegedly making three sales to the confidential informant in October 2017. The transactions allegedly occurred within 1,000 feet of a church, with a messenger app and text messaging utilized.
Drexler faces nine felony charges, three each of delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, distribution near certain facilities and unlawful use of a communication device.
Her bond was set at $25,000.
