Integrity First Bank Tech Support Specialist and winner of the “Choose to Lose” challenge Pepper Morrison recently presented a check to Hospice of the Ozarks in the amount of $212.50.

The “Choose to Lose” challenge was a 12-week weight loss challenge and fundraiser organized by Integrity First Bank’s Employee Relations Committee. Participants paid an entry fee and the total funds were then split between the person who lost the highest percentage of his of her beginning weight and a local charity of his or her choice. The winner, Morrison, chose to share her winnings with Hospice of the Ozarks. Morrison says she is proud to support the organization and “the compassion and care of Hospice of the Ozarks provides to their patients is remarkable.”

The primary focus Integrity First Bank’s Employee Relations Committee is giving back to the community. The committee meets each month to brainstorm ideas about partnering their Integrity First Bank team with the community through volunteer efforts. The “Choose to Lose” challenge was organized to welcome the new year.
