A two-vehicle accident Tuesday afternoon in Howell County has sent a Mountain Home man, 67-year-old Robert Goss, to the hospital with what is described as moderate injuries. According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Goss’ vehicle was westbound on U.S. Highway 160, 2 miles west of Southfork, when a vehicle driven by 20-year-old Beka Eberlin of West Plains struck Goss’ vehicle from behind.Goss was transported to the Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains. Medical personnel could not provide his condition at the time of this report.
Both drivers were wearing a seatbelt at the time of the 4:10 p.m. accident.
