Tiffany Cortez-Lynn, who has listed addresses in various court records as Gassville or Gamaliel, admitted she had violated the terms and conditions of her probation and was sentenced to four years in prison during a session of Baxter County Circuit Court Thursday.
A petition to revoke the suspended sentence of the 32-year-old Cortez-Lynn was filed in mid-March. In the petition, she was accused of being in possession of drugs, associating with a person engaged in criminal activity, failing to report, leaving the Care Ministries rehab program without permission of the court, failing to report an address change and with failure to pay supervision fees.
Cortez-Lynn was put on probation for six years in October last year after being convicted of drug-related charges, according to the revocation petition.
